US Bank |
| This branch of US Bank was built into the first floor of the US Bank Tower. Previous to this project, that area had been office space. The front of the building was extensively modified and the envelope pushed outwards by 10 feet. The building structure was also strengthened with extensive structural steel to support the weight of the vault. The construction of a bank branch requires techniques and processes far above and beyond that of a typical tenant finish, but this project was completed on time and with a minimum of disruption for the building. |
