| This project was managed by William for another GC. It was a complete tear out of the existing building and construction of the data center. There are four 30-ton CRAC units, with 8 fan condensing units on the roof. There is also structural steel to accomodate another 4 units for future expansion with the necessary plumbing already installed. To offset some of the power requirements, 30,000 square feet of solar panels were added as well. This is a project in progress as changes are constantly made to the site.
