This government project was a complete tear out and remodel of an entire floor in a high rise downtown. The tricky part was that the client was still living in it. They had a small data center that, naturally, had to remain operational...while it was moved and walls built around it. The entire staff was moved to one side of the floor, a demising wall built to keep construction separate from the client. The empty half of the floor was then built into the offices/conference rooms etc per plan. When that was complete, the client was moved into the new offices and the other half was built. The last thing to do was tear down the demising wall, connect the two halves and move the client in.
The EEOC, as you can imagine, is a government agency that is both demanding and exact in their requirements and yet the project went smoothly. A Reference Letter from the Director is linked below.
