The Arapahoe/Douglas Works Department is a Government department tasked with helping business find labor and vice versa. This project was a remodel/refresh of an existing structure. It was necessary to complete this project while the client was occupying it, without disrupting this department's vital task. Some of the louder parts of the project were constructed after hours or on weekends and the project was completed on time without any impact on the client.
